Product Availability
Tracktion website has 3 product availability statuses:
- Available online only
- Available online and in store
- Available online (some items available in store)
Products available online only
- Products ordered that are available online only will take 4-6 working days to ship.
Products available online and in store
- If you place your order before 12pm we will dispatch same day. If your order is placed after 12pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Products available online with some items available in store.
- We may list products that are available online and in store, however only selected sizes or colours are available in store and these may be limited. In this instance a table will be displayed advising you what variations are available in store.
We take great care to ensure that all listings are current but in the event that your chosen product is not available, we will contact you to offer you a substitute or your money back.
Click and Collect
At the checkout you can choose to pick up your order from our store. Please note the same order processing times listed above applies. We will email you once your order is ready to collect.
Shipping costs (Excludes Motorcycles)
Free shipping on orders over $200!
- For order total less than $50, the shipping fee is only $5.75.
- Orders between $51 and $199 has a shipping fee of $11.50.
- Freight for motorcycles will be calculated as required. Please contact us if you’d like more information regarding this.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
In the event that you need to return an item, we will refund shipping on faulty products but not if you have simply chosen the wrong product. (The cost of the product will be refunded but not the shipping charge)
