Customer Guarantee

Our endeavour at Tracktion.co.nz is to provide you with the best value for money shopping experience available online. If you feel this standard has not been met, we’d like to know. We offer a 30 day right of return policy in the event that your product does not arrive in useable/working condition. Any damages or defects need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. While we will always satisfy our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993, please always choose carefully as cannot offer returns or refunds on Clearance Items unless they are faulty.

Payment Options

We use DPS to ensure that your credit card details are safely handled online. We also offer Zip deferred payment option. ( https://zip.co/nz/how-it-works/ ) Or if you prefer, you can transfer the money straight to our bank account.

Delivery and Product Options

Delivery costs are as stated on our site. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days. Products will be shipped via economy courier. If you require overnight delivery please contact us to discuss this.
 We take great care to ensure that all listings are current but in the event that your chosen product is not available, we will contact you to offer you a substitute or your money back.

Warranty

All our products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Any claims will be dealt with according to these guidelines.

Shipping costs (Excludes Motorcycles)

Free shipping on orders over $200!

  • For order total less than $50, the shipping fee is only $5.
  • Orders between $51 and $199 has a shipping fee of $10.
  • Freight for motorcycles will be calculated as required. Please contact us if you’d like more information regarding this.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

In the event that you need to return an item, we will refund shipping on faulty products but not if you have simply chosen the wrong product. (The cost of the product will be refunded but not the shipping charge)
